- Booking Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment may be required in advance, depending on the reservation type (e.g., non-refundable rates).

7. Guest Conduct
- Behavior: All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. 11. Disputes and Governing Law
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from your stay at Villasita Resort shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If not resolved, they will be subject to the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any legal action will be taken in the appropriate courts of Jwalapur Haridwar, Uttrakhand.
